Mangorise is a Hungary based pop Band from Budapest. They play conceptual, intelligent, gifted quality music which provide a classy gateway between underground and mainstream pop. They are regulars at all the main music festivals in Hungary and more recently abroad as well. Last year they played on the main stage at the Macao Hush Music Festival.
Thanks to the interactive stage presence of the band's frontman, Ákos Bartha Dannona the audience is engaged and involved in the show from the very first minute. Saxophone player István Katók a.k.a. KTK STEVE does breathtaking solos and accompanies the listener through a musical dream. The spacecraft is driven by László Szilágyi in his well-mannered, precise, yet sloppy style. He calls the music to be alive and keeps it alive. According to the fans, the greatness of the band lies in the fact that they open up a magical world thru simple words and music.
